We’ve crafted five epic flavours across five weeks. Available daily in the Verandah Bar for $15 a pop, accompanied by a house-made sauce, salad or salsa, you’ll need to make yourself (and your mates) available for:

w/c 13 March: Tiger prawns sausage roll, nam jim jaew
w/c 20 March: Coconut vinegar braised brisket sausage roll, pickled papaya salad
w/c 27 March: Salmon & leek sausage roll, sour cream sumac sauce
w/c 3 April: Oaxacan pork carnitas sausage roll, wood fired pineapple salsa
w/c 10 April: pork & fennel sausage roll, spicy tomato chutney
